ABOUT US
The Western Saddle Club was founded in 1968 by Herby Trapp and several other founding members. WSC has grown to over 200 members sharing
a love of horses and riding with access to some of the most beautiful trails in Northwest Georgia.
WSC, located at 252 Berryhill Road, Rome, Georgia, on the western rim of the Berry College Wildlife Management Area, offers easy access for horseback riding to gorgeous trails. WSC also offers a clubhouse, campsites with electric hookup and water, hot showers and bathroom facilities, and a groomed riding arena. Don't miss one of Mid Allen's homecooked hamburgers at one of our special events.
WSC organizes a trail ride for all members on the last Saturday of each
month between March and November. It's a chance for members to get
together for a group ride, pack a lunch, explore the trails and enjoy the companionship of other horse enthusiasts. Running shows, fun shows and open shows are held throughout the summer. See the Events page for details on upcoming events.
